Villa Ban Lao

Candlelit in the evening by locally made terracotta lamps, it is a lovely space to drink, dine and relax.

 

The main building, in classic mid-20th century Luang Prabang style, features stone floors with inset patterns, originally imported from Vietnam and established as a design feature of the era. Glass brick windows create patterned areas of sunlight in the stairwell, with metalwork stair banisters an unusual detail.

The Villa Ban Lao offers 25 spacious rooms in two types: Family and deluxe.
